How do I add a Book in Cart?

Customers can place orders directly through the bookstore by logging into an account or by opting to purchase as a guest. Users can add the required quantity of books by selecting them from the web store to add to the cart.

We do offer bulk order quotation on General and taxation books. Share your details via Telephone support from 11 a.m. till 8 p.m. IST at +91-022-22070181 or an email at vorabooks@gmail.com.We will reach you as soon as possible.


How do I place my order?

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the upper-right corner of the screen and click on the “Cart” button.


At View my cart once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of copies you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed.


If you have a valid promotional code, you may enter it in the "Coupon Discount" field directly beneath the shipping information. Be sure to click on the "Apply to Order" button to have your savings calculated and applied to your order and hit the 'Checkout' button.


Account Details:

You will then asked to either create a new account or place an order as a Guest Account. If you expect to purchase additional materials from Vorabook in the future, you may want to consider setting up an account. If you choose to do so, our site will maintain on file your billing and shipping information as well as your payment data so you do not have to fill out this information each time you visit our secure server. You will also have the ability to view your complete history of purchasing made at Vorabook.


Shipment Details:

Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable. 

After providing this information, you will need to click on the "Click to calculate shipping" button to determine your delivery charge, as applicable.


Payment Details:

After completing the shipping and coupon discount information, you will need to enter in your payment details for successful payment of your order in favor of Vorabook. Once you have completed the form, click on the "Confirm Order" button. 


Order Confirmation:

After a successful payment, You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via entered e-mail id. Kindly keep this information (Invoice) for your references.

What are your shipping and handling rates?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Kindly refer to the 'Delivery Information &Return Policy' from the Information tab.


How do you ship my orders?

All your orders are sent via our courier vendors.

In case of an Express delivery or Regional areas, users can inform us of their preferred option via comment box for which shipment price may change.



What forms of payment do you accept?  

We accept online payments using Credit Card, Debit Card & International cards,50+Net Banking options, payment Wallets, and through UPI as well (Razorpay Payment Gateway).

You can also individually make payment into our account through Bank Transfer or Paytm from this detail as well.

 

How do I make online payments?

Online payments can be made by logging in to your Vora Book account and proceeding through the checkout process.

Once you reach the payment page, select your option and enter the details as required. e.g. card type and the name on the card, the card number, the expiration date, and the security code.

The bank page opens in a pop-up window so the user can easily come back to the website, ensuring a great experience.

 

How do I make offline payments?

For offline orders, walk through the steps as if you were placing the order online. On the checkout page, you will be given the option in shipment to Pick up from the store with cash on delivery or can opt for Bank Transfer on the payment page.


How will I know that you have received my order?

You will also receive a confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

 

How can I track my orders & payment?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from shipment vendors.

 

How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make a payment or cancel your order.
